A few of these answers point deeper: the founder's checkable record lives on the founder page, the systems in production on the work page, and how an engagement runs, fixed scope and a fixed fee in writing, on the main page.

The questions

How are you different from a big consultancy or a strategy firm?

A big consultancy sells you a deck and a six-month program, then hands delivery to a junior or offshore team. We are founder-led: the engineer who scopes your project writes the code and answers for the outcome. One partner from strategy to a working system, in weeks, at a fraction of a Big 4 engagement.

Will this actually reach production, or end up as another stalled pilot?

Shipping to production is the whole point. About 95% of AI pilots deliver no real return (MIT, 2025) because they're never wired into how a company actually runs. We build into your existing tools from day one and tie every engagement to a measurable business outcome, so it goes live and stays live. The first working system reaches production within weeks of starting the build, not quarters.

Do we own the systems you build?

Yes, entirely, and by mechanism rather than promise: the work lives in a repository and accounts you own from the first commit, deployed in your own infrastructure, handed over with documentation. No lock-in, no proprietary black box, no per-task fees that balloon as you scale. Where you need it, we self-host so your data stays in the UAE.

Who actually does the work?

Kalpa Vision is founder-led and deliberately small. Vineet scopes every system and writes the code, with specialist builders brought in per project when a build needs more hands. That is the point: the person who promises the outcome is the person who ships it, and you always know who that is.

Does it work in Arabic and other languages, and does our data stay in the country?

Yes to both. We build multilingual where it matters for your customers, Arabic included, and we architect for UAE data residency and PDPL (the UAE's data protection law) by design, not bolted on at the end. We can deploy on in-country infrastructure when your business or sector requires it.

We're a small team and can't hire AI engineers. Is this for us?

That's exactly who this is for. Senior AI talent in the UAE is scarce and expensive, and most tooling is built for large enterprises. We bring senior engineering to companies with roughly 5 to 200 staff, start small with one process that pays back fast, and prove it before you scale. You don't need an in-house AI or data team to work with us.

How do you price engagements?

Fixed scope and a fixed fee, agreed in writing before we start, one phase at a time. As an anchor: discovery costs less than a month of one mid-level hire, and a typical first build costs a fraction of a senior engineer’s annual salary in the UAE. You see the full cost up front, with FTA-compliant invoicing and milestone billing. We scope around outcomes, not billable hours.

How do I know you are real and not "AI washing"?

Fair question: the market is noisy enough that Dubai created an official AI Seal to filter genuine builders. Check us without trusting us: the founder’s career is public and phrased here exactly as it reads on LinkedIn, the SWATI Cosmetics storefront he built automation for ships worldwide today, and on a call we will walk you through a live system running on real data, not slides.

What happens after launch, and who maintains it?

You get a documented handover your own team can run, and an optional monthly retainer if you'd rather we keep evolving the systems with you. It's your code either way, so you're never hostage to us for a fix. If we stay on, it's because the systems keep earning it, not because anything locks you in.

What don't you do?

Marketing content and brand campaigns (that is our sister studio, Red Aisle), staff augmentation, year-long transformation programs, and chatbot skins with no wiring into your real operations. If a project needs something we would have to subcontract and mark up, we say so and point you at someone better placed.

The question behind most of these is simpler.

Is this real, and is it worth thirty minutes? The proof is on the work page, and the thirty minutes cost nothing but the thirty minutes.
