How an engagement runs

1. Discovery call. One call, no deck. We map where AI pays back first in your operation, and within days you hold a one-page build map: what's worth building, what it takes, what it returns. Yours to keep either way.
2. We build. Fixed scope and a fixed fee, agreed in writing before we start. You talk to the person writing the code and watch the system take shape on your real data, in a repository you own from the first commit.
3. We ship. The first system goes live in two to six weeks depending on scope, inside the tools you already run. Live and doing the work, watched until it holds. Not a demo that dies in a sandbox.
4. We evolve with you. An optional monthly retainer keeps the systems sharp, extends what earns its keep, and trains your team along the way. It's your code either way, so you're never hostage to us for a fix.
